Stephen J Myler is an all around artist from Sparks, NV.  His background as a musician and former computer technician have given him a unique perspective of the world around him. He is most inspired by artforms such as surrealism, character artwork, music and photography.  His most defining characteristic in relation to his artwork is that he is a self-proclaimed geek.  He loves fantasy and science fiction which much of his artwork centers around. His work has been exhibited at Reno Pop Culture Con, Truckee Meadows Community College, University of Nevada, Reno and Comic Kingdom Reno.  More of his work can be seen on Instagram @StevisArt or Facebook @StephenMylerArt

Father and Artist

Aside from his interests in pop culture.  Stephen's life revolves around his wife and three children.  Raising children has its own challenges and rewards.  His role as a father has taught him to appreciate the world around him.  His kids help to inspire creativity through adventure and curiosity.  Together they satisfy their curiosity by exploring the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Nevada Desert.
